Dear Friend of Land Between The Lakes,

We are pleased to announce the release of the Land and Resource Management

Plan for Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area. The Area

Plan is the culmination of collaborative effort between the public and the

Forest Service, with helpful suggestions of our Advisory Board. The Plan

will guide LBL’s management for the next 10 to 15 years.

A complete set of planning documents and supporting information will be

available December 3, 2004, on the LBL Planning website, at

http://www.lbl.org/LRMPPlanning.html. Copies will be available at local

libraries in surrounding communities of LBL. You can request a hard copy
